General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 878bet website located at 878bet.ws and all associated services, products, and features made available through that domain.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. Where any translation of these Terms exists, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Entire Agreement

Age Restriction and Eligibility

Account Registration and Security

Each player may register and maintain exactly one account on the 878bet platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 878bet employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account registrations. Account Credentials and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 878bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated system, bot, or script to log into or interact with your account. 878bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Currency
All 878bet accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player balances. Where a specific BDT amount is stated in these Terms or in any promotional communication, that amount is the operative figure and applies to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 878bet reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior written notice to the registered email or mobile number associated with the account. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat.
Accurate Registration
All information submitted during registration must be truthful and complete. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Password Security
Choose a strong, unique password for your 878bet account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites. 878bet will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
Mobile Number Verification
A valid Bangladesh mobile number is required for account registration and two-factor authentication. This number is also linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet for payment verification purposes.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on 878bet is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard player accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large transactions as part of 878bet's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's 878bet account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile wallet provider. 878bet is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile wallet provider's own processing times or network issues.
All deposits are made for the purpose of funding betting and gaming activity on the 878bet platform. 878bet reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where large or unusual deposit patterns are identified. Funds deposited but not used for any betting or gaming activity may be subject to review before withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Anti-Money Laundering
878bet is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity. Players must not use 878bet accounts to conduct financial transactions unrelated to genuine betting and gaming activity. 878bet reserves the right to report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds may be frozen pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to law enforcement authorities.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 878bet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a specific game or sport rule, the specific rule shall prevail.
Sports Betting
Pre-match and live in-play bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed or accepted by the system. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was accepted are fixed and cannot be changed. 878bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason, including where there is evidence of odds manipulation, system errors, or unusual betting patterns.
In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific settlement rules published on the 878bet platform. As a general rule, if a cricket match is abandoned before completion of the minimum required overs under the relevant competition rules, most markets will be voided and stakes returned. Event-specific rules will always take precedence over this general guideline.
Live Casino and Table Games
Live casino games available on 878bet — including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Dragon Tiger — are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules and outcomes of these games are governed by the respective provider's game rules. 878bet does not control the outcome of any live casino game. Slots and Random Number Generator (RNG) Games

General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's 878bet account and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
- Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed on eligible products at the specified minimum odds.
- Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the specific promotional terms. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
- Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
- 878bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of players who have already commenced wagering on a bonus that is subsequently amended.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through methods such as low-risk hedging bets, collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or any other practice deemed by 878bet to constitute bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, voidance of associated winnings, and potential closure of the account. 878bet's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final. Players who are found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse across multiple accounts may be permanently banned from the platform.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the 878bet platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
- Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the account verification process.
- Sharing your account access credentials with any third party, allowing any third party to use your account, or using another player's account.

- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 878bet system, database, or infrastructure.
878bet reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, termination of the player agreement, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
Account Suspension and Closure
878bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 878bet reasonably believes that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable regulations or the instructions of a relevant authority.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their 878bet account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via the 24/7 English live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that has been verified and is not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed voluntarily by a player may be reopened upon request, subject to identity verification and, where applicable, the expiry of any self-exclusion period.
Closure Due to Breach
Where an account is closed by 878bet due to a breach of these Terms, 878bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance held in the account at the time of closure, to the extent that such withholding is proportionate to the loss or damage suffered by 878bet as a result of the breach. Any bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited in their entirety. The player will be notified of the closure and the reason for it, to the extent that disclosure of such reasons does not prejudice any ongoing investigation.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion via the 878bet support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be inaccessible for login, deposit, or betting activity. Players who are subject to a self-exclusion should not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
